Terms and Conditions of Use

1. What Advancez is

A universal interaction layer: an omni-purpose bar with AI that brings together communication, publishing, commerce, business management and more. Some features are demonstrations and are marked as such; others work with real data.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what you publish and for the activity on your account. One person may run several identities (personal, business), all subject to these terms.

3. Community rules

• Illegal content, harassment, scams and impersonation are prohibited.
• Reviews must reflect real experiences; manipulating them violates these terms.
• Emergency reports (78) are for real situations — misuse leads to suspension.

4. Payments and commerce

Advancez charges no commission on sales, shipping, tips or subscriptions between users. The exception is bookings for services with a calendar: when a customer pays for a booking through Advancez, Advancez keeps 20 % of that payment, the business is shown this before accepting, and it is refunded in full if the booking is cancelled. Beyond that, the model is cost of use (infrastructure + AI) plus a transparent margin. Payments are processed by external gateways (Stripe or others) under their own terms. 5. Content and ownership

What you create is yours. You grant us the minimum licence needed to display it within the platform according to your visibility settings. We honour valid copyright requests (DMCA).

6. Limits of liability

The platform is offered “as is”. AI estimates (quotes, suggestions, triage) are indicative and do not replace professional, medical or legal advice. In life-threatening emergencies, always call your country’s emergency number.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; relevant changes are announced inside the platform.
